Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion.
  • Payment is due with the order. Goods remain the property of Morjarias Toys & Gifts Ltd., until paid for in full.
  • Goods once sold cannot be returned. Damaged goods must be returned within 30 days with the receipt.
  • No returns on Umbrellas, Lighters, Sunglasses, Phone Cards, Stamps and Flash Memory.
  • Phone Cards, Stamps, Lighters, Aerosols and Fireworks are only available from the warehouse and not on mail order transactions. Phone Cards and stamps can only paid by cash. Credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
  • All prices quoted are per piece, as per the description. All prices are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate.
  • Any charges incurred due to any default in payment will be passed on to the customer.
  • All transactions subject to a minimum value.
    1. Cash & Carry - £25 + VAT
    2. Mail Order - £50 + Delivery + VAT
    3. Debit cards & credit cards - £50 + VAT
    4. Export - £100 + VAT
  • Any boxes or packs opened will have to be paid for.
  • Any items broken or damaged will have to be paid for.
  • No bags, backpacks, briefcases or handbags allowed in the warehouse.
  • We do not allow children (under 16 years of age) into the warehouse.
  • Only 4 people allowed into the warehouse on one membership card.
  • Membership cards remain the property of Morjarias Toys & Gifts Ltd. and must be returned on request.
  • Membership cards must be shown on entry and at the beginning of invoicing.
  • There is an administration charge for the issue and re-issue of each membership card.
  • Membership cards are only valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.
  • Membership cards are not transferable.
  • The prices shown are an indication of the actual price. The correct price will be determined at the point of sale.
  • Where goods are sold with batteries, the batteries are only for testing purposes and must be replaced as soon as the item has been tested.
  • For Mail Order Transactions, if items that have been ordered are out of stock, the order will be made up with similar items or extras of those already ordered, unless there is a list of substitutes enclosed with the order.
  • For Mail Order Transactions, ALL CHINA, GLASSWARE & ORNAMENTS ARE SENT AT THE BUYERS RISK.
  • All carriage charges (including returns) are to be paid by the buyer.
  • All images shown on our web site and leaflets are to give an indication of colour, design and packaging. The goods supplied may vary from the images shown.
