Are all the items on the site in stock?
We try to update our web site every 2-3 days, items that have sold are removed as soon as possible and new stock receipts are added.

Does the price include VAT or delivery?
No, these are the same prices we offer in our Cash & Carry, we do not increase the prices for mail order customers, so any other costs such delivery, returns, etc have to be added on.

Is there a carriage free value for orders?

How can I work out the delivery charge?
Add the items to the shopping cart and you will be able to use the “estimate shipping” feature.

Is there a minimum order value?
For UK orders the minimum order value is £50 + Delivery +VAT

How is the delivery charge calculated?
The delivery is calculated using the weight of items in the order and you postcode.

How is the order delivered?
We send orders using Parcelforce, DHL, Royal Mail or pallet delivery, which ever is most appropriate to the type of goods in the order.

Can I have delivery on a Saturday or Sunday?
No. Our delivery contracts are only for Monday to Friday deliveries.

How quickly will the order be processed?
Once the order has been placed, depending on your account type you will be given the option to able to pay for your order and we will start processing the order within one working day. If we need to contact you to collect payment details we will start processing order once we have the payment details.

How quickly will the order be delivered?
Delivery to most UK post codes is normally 1-3 working days, (after cleared payment is received), this is not a time/date guaranteed delivery service.

What types of payment do you accept for mail order transactions for UK addresses?
Most types of debit/credit cards, with delivery to the registered address of the card holder.
Paypal with delivery to the verified/confirmed address.
Bank transfer with delivery to any address.
Cash can be deposited at any Nat-West bank with delivery to any address. -
What type of payment do you accept for export orders?
Bank transfer.

What happens if all the items are not available in my order?
We can process the order with the items that are available, or we can contact you to let you know which items are missing and to offer you replacements. If you have already paid for your order we will issue a refund for the missing items. Please leave an easily contactable phone number.

Will you be able to send on the items that are currently out of stock?
At the moment we are not able to run a back order processing system, any items out of stock will have to be re-ordered on the next order.

What type of items cannot be ordered by mail order?
We are only able to send non-flammable liquids on pallet deliveries, we cannot send liquids in parcels.
We are not able to send flammable liquids, lighters or aerosols in mail order transactions.
We are only able to send glass/porcelain/resin/ceramic items at buyers risk, as we are unable to get transit insurance for such items. -
What if an item (not including glass/porcelain/resin/ceramic items) is damaged?
We will require the item to be returned, at the buyers cost before any credit is issued.

Can I order on the web site and collect from your warehouse?
Yes, but payment for the order will need to be made by Nat-West transfer/cash deposit for us to pick and hold the goods. The goods must be collected within 7 days of order confirmation.

How will I know what I have been charged for?
All orders will include a fully itemised VAT invoice.

How do I get a promotion/coupon/redemption code?
We occasionally issue these by post/email to customers who have registered with us.
